Cory Dorfner (Class of 2014) from Wonder Lake, IL is currently in his second year studying Chemical Engineering. He is currently employed with AkzoNobel Inc. as a Quality Control Lab Tech. The company specializes in various types of paint including but not limited to car refinishes and decorate paints (used on houses, etc.). His duties include testing all raw materials that come into the lab to ensure they conform to company specification regarding their chemical consistencies. Cory’s interests comprise of golf, video gaming, his girlfriend Katie, the Minnesota Vikings, and being a part of Phi Gamma Delta and all its affairs. As a FIJI he has served in the Social Committee and the Academic Committee. During his time in the Academic Committee Cory has helped to employ our new Academic Plan, and is constantly striving to help better the houses scholastic affairs in all dimensions.
